      • 1. The areas under, behind, and above the 3-compartment sink were visibly dirty at the time of inspection. Additionally, the side of the ice machine was also noted to be visibly soiled. Please ensure these areas are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis to prevent buildup and support overall sanitation.2. Several 4L milk jugs were observed without lids at the time of inspection.The operator explained this was due to high turnover, with jugs typically used within 20 minutes. Nonetheless, please ensure that all milk containers remain properly covered at all times to protect against contamination, even during short periods of use.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Please ensure sanitizer in shallow trays is changed more frequently; at time of inspection the sanitizer concentration in these units was found to be 100 ppm quats instead of the required 200 ppm quats.The quat sanitizer concentration in two red buckets at front was observed to be at 50ppm at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the quat sanitizer concentration to be at 200ppm and check its concentration daily.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink in dishwasher room was obstructed at the time of inspection. Mop, broom, and equipment moving tool were stored in front of hand sink.Operator fixed the above noted issue during the inspection.
