      • There was manual dishwashing occurring at the time of the inspection. If this facility is going to continue manual dishwashing on site, then the 3 compartment sink drain must be repaired, and there must be a method of sanitizing dishware. The employees on site agreed to discontinue washing dishes on site, and will send the dishes to the Firkin & Flyer.
