    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • At time of inspection:1. The infant change table security buckle (located in the infant room) was breached and requires replacement.2. The electronic communication devices (i.e. walkie-talkies) were not all properly functioning within each childcare room.3. Chemical test strips were not available to check the chlorine concentration of each chemical spray bottle.4. Various chemical spray bottles were not properly labelled to identify the ingredients within.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Make necessary repairs to the infant change table security buckle to ensure it is in good repair and free of defects.2. Ensure the electronic communication devices are properly functional between all childcare rooms in case of emergency. This should be the first step to take prior to first operation (i.e. each day when in operation).3. Obtain chlorine test strips and use them to verify a 100 PPM chlorine concentration.4. Ensure all chemical spray bottles are properly labelled to identify the ingredients within each bottle.
