- Observation(s): NOTE: Staff are not permitted to handle/reheat ready to eat foods (e.g. burritos) for customers in the microwave. Customers must reheat their own food items. If staff are to handle/reheat customer food items then a hand wash sink must be provided in the facility for staff to wash hands before handling food. ACTION: Move the microwave from the back counter to the front area where customers can reheat their own food items.

- Observation(s): NOTE: This retail space is not serviced with water; no sinks etc. This retail outlet only sells commercially prepackaged foods, the handling of unpackaged foods is not permitted due to the absence of a hand wash sink and cleanup sinks. The operator must look into providing hot and cold water to the premises, with a hand wash/utility sink.
