      • Observation(s): White standing fridge measured at a temperature of 42°F during inspection. Operator indicated that this fridge measures below 4°C in the morning, but does not always maintain appropriate temperature throughout the day, when the door is being opened and closed. The freezer compartment is maintaining an appropriate temperature of -18°C. • Move ice to top shelf to lower temperature in entire fridge unit. Monitor temperature closely and arrange for servicing or replacement if necessary. Display cooler measured at 5.8°C during inspection. Operator noted it measures below 4°C on the gauge at time of opening. Ice buildup noted on condenser unit, which could be inhibiting appropriate airflow. • Defrost the display cooler at earliest convenience and monitor temperature to ensure it is able to maintain appropriate temperature of 4°C or colder.

    I used to love this place but its unfortunately not as good as with the old owners. Its still a great place to eat but if you've been going for a long time you know what it used to be like. I still recommend it to anyone that hasn't had it but Its still sad as a long term regular with the small changes that do make a big difference.

    Amazing burgers and sides. The portions are massive and the prices are veeeery good. I wish I found this place earlier as I just found out they are closing at the end of September 2022. Kamloops is losing an amazing gem. Thank you for everything!

    One of my favourite places for burgers. They are affordable, yet taste very homemade! I’m not big on bubble tea, but I really enjoyed passion fruit tea 🧋🍔

    The food is excellent, I love the teriyaki burger and the mango bubble tea is awesome. The service is perfect, they’re always friendly. If you want a quick meal that taste like homemade this is your place, is truly a hidden gem of kamloops. And they also sell cakes that taste divine

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Service, Delicious Food, and a New Favorite Breakfast Spot! I stopped by Sahi Mall recently and decided to try their teriyaki breakfast wrap with sausage and hash browns—and wow, it was incredible. I wasn’t expecting such a flavorful, satisfying meal, but every bite had me impressed. The teriyaki added this perfect hint of sweetness that paired amazingly with the savory sausage, and the hash browns gave it just the right amount of crunch. It’s one of those breakfasts you start eating and immediately think, I’m definitely coming back for this.

    I’m so glad that we found Burger & Cafe Joy located inside the mall. They serve Asian-inspired burgers that look simple but are DELICIOUS 😋 I couldn’t resist ordering two: The Yakiso Burger: beef patty with Japanese-style stir fried noodles and egg (add-on) and The Oyster Burger: deep fried breaded oyster. Yum! We grabbed the take-out and headed to Riverside Park for a picnic—awesome! 😊

    Amazing experience! Great value for both of items. Chicken curry rice and Beef croquettes burger. Please order as combo it really fits maybe extra bobble tea will be perfect!
