- Observation(s): 3 staff criminal record checks via the CRR Agency in Victoria have expired and require renewal. - Resolved during the inspection as the results letters had not been received by the licensee due to a technical problem at the CRR Agency. The results letters were re-faxed to the facility and filed appropriately during the LO's visit.
