- 6 - Does the food premises have the key services (e.g. water, sewer, power) required to operate safely?
- Observation(s): The water line break has occurred that is affecting the entire community center. Please ensure all water lines are thoroughly flushed before use once water resumes. Please unplug the ice machine until line break is repaired by the city. Discard ice that is currently in bin as ice may have been made since line break occurred. Allow 2-3 ice making cycles to be completed before use. Discard first cycles of ice made. Clean and sanitize ice bin thoroughly for new ice. I would recommend following manufacturer's instructions to complete thorough clean and sanitize process prior to use.

- Observation(s): High temperature dishwasher is broken and parts have been ordered for repair. Please ensure proper wash and sanitize temperatures are met after repair. In the interim, kitchen staff will be utilizing the dishwasher in the community center kitchen or using manual warewash procedures.
