- Food arrived at the school in the morning, and someone put the foods away whereby the raw meat was stored above the oranges. Raw meat needs to be stored beneath ready to eat foods. It may work to designate the two drawers in the fridge (label the drawers for easy reference) for the storage of raw meats only. This way if something was to leak it would be contained and it would ensure the raw meat is always on the bottom of the fridge.
