      • Donair meat was being sliced off cone, cooled, stored in refrigerator until ordered and then re-cooked. Operator educated on proper Donair cooking procedures. Donair is to be sliced off cone, second cooked immediately, cooled, stored hot or cold until served.

      • -The two chest freezers were broken. Please replace or repair.-The pizza cooler measured 14 C in the top section.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • -The staff member did not know the proper dish washing method.- For example, dishwashing was not being done with a sanitizing solution and the staff did not know where test strips were.-Three compartment dishwashing method poster was emailed to the owner during the inspection. Please post this and educate staff.
