- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant is used to disinfect semi-critical items. AHP7 test strips were available but test results are not being logged. Please fill out daily test logs using the AHS log sheet at the link below:https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/wf/eph/wf-eph-high-level-disinfectant-log.pdfDiamond tips for microdermabrasion are being wiped with alcohol after use. At minimum, a low-level disinfectant with a DIN is required to disinfect these items. Please choose and obtain a suitable disinfectant.
