      • The metal brushes (used for cleaning the grill) were worn out, with broken bristles coming loose. Please replace the brushes. Ensure that- All grill-cleaning tools must be maintained in good condition, free from damage, wear, or deterioration.- Cleaning tools must be inspected regularly and replaced as needed to prevent contamination hazards.- Grill surfaces must be visually inspected after cleaning and prior to use to ensure no debris or foreign material remains.OR Use alternative cleaning tool (such as bristle free, solid metal one piece scraper) to reduce the risk of physical contamination.

      • Overall, general cleaning and sanitation was satisfactory, except the fan cover inside the walk-in cooler (accumulation of dust/dirt buildup). Please clean.

      • Minor leak occurring in boiler room from water heater tank. Water is slowly accumulating in the mechanical room.- Repair the leak and remove and dry the water on the floor.- Manager is already aware of the situation of the leak and has called for repairs. Awaiting work to be finished.
