      • Mechanical dishwasher is not dispensing sanitizer solution, only soap.- Facility was told to perform modified dishwasher with the dishwasher and the 2-compartment sink by preparing a basin full of sanitizer solution. Was tested onsite at 200ppm for QUAT.- Repair the dishwasher and ensure it is testing 100ppm for chlorine.
