Bird activity in and around the facility may have resulted in the accumulation of droppings and feathers on the roof and around the ventilation area.The manager further advised that the ventilation area will be pressure washed within one week and will have routine cleaning schedule moving forward.

      • CDS – Sampling Area: 3-Compartment Sink at the back: -Hot water was unavailable and was restored prior to this inspection.-Cold water supply remained uninterrupted and available throughout.Please ensure that both hot and cold running water are available at all times for safe and sanitary operation of sampling activities.In consultation with facility management, may use the alternate dishwashing facility available in the building whenever necessary until the primary sink is fully operational.
