- CDS – Sampling Area: 3-Compartment Sink at the back: -Hot water was unavailable and was restored prior to this inspection.-Cold water supply remained uninterrupted and available throughout.Please ensure that both hot and cold running water are available at all times for safe and sanitary operation of sampling activities.In consultation with facility management, may use the alternate dishwashing facility available in the building whenever necessary until the primary sink is fully operational.
