      • Cleaning required of fridges, front & rear dry storage, shelving, cupboards, microwave, oven and under equipment. Educate staff to use proper handwash sink and not use any common use toweling. Common use towels are prohibited (corrected during inspection).
    • 49(1)(a) - OPERATOR FAILING TO STORE FOOD INGREDIENTS & FOOD PACKAGING TO PROTECT FROM CONTAMINATION.
      • Open dry ingredient bag to be stored in tightly covered food container. All food or food ingredients to be stored properly and >= 6in. / 15 cm. off of the floor.
