      • Foodhandler in food preparation area must have food hygiene course acceptable to the administrator, so at least one person in the preparation area (at all times).
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Clean up all food waste spills in outside waste corral for compost bins to remove all food sources for pests. Clean up under rice retail displays to remove food soils.
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Top shelf of one section of open faced cooler for raw poultry not holding <= 4C. Recently placed poultry was relocated to other working refrigeration during inspection. Area of open faced cooler to be serviced / adjusted and holding <= 4C in foods before reuse. Operator to manage issue.

      • Maintain foodhandler with valid course in food production areas at all times.
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Replace ceiling tile in produce area (where removed) and clean before next use. Clean grease filters over ovens. Verminproof loading ramps.
