    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The vinyl baseboards/floor perimeters in all the washrooms were visibly very dirty. Please close up any gaps and repair any missing trim. Remove any storage not related to washroom usage in the washrooms for a easy to clean environment
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Boys' washroom preschool room: Mouse droppings noted in the space between vanity and the entry wall.Mouse droppings must be cleaned up as part of Pest Management Examine the exterior of the building to close up and port of entry. Close up and holes in walls/around plumbing throughout the facility. Bait traps alone will not rid the infestation as they are likely in the walls. Ensure staff examine cupboards/spaces and deal with any droppings asap
