- The combs and other tools were being stored in a cloth lined woven bin, and there was an accumulation of hair within the bin. ** Please use a different bin for the storage of clean hair equipment as the cloth lined woven bin is difficult to clean/disinfect.

- 1. There was no surface disinfectant available in the salon at the time of the visit. ** Please ensure there is at minimum, a low-level disinfectant available for use for disinfecting surfaces throughout the salon. 2. The barbicde solution was half full and the combs were not fully submerged in solution.** Please ensure the barbicide solution is filled up such that the combs are fully submerged in the disinfectant solution.
