- Bottles and cans were stored in the ice well which contained ice used for customer drinks. Ice used for customer drinks must be protected from contamination. Refrain from storing bottles and cans in the ice well as this can directly contaminate the ice supply. The operator removed the bottles, discarded the ice and sanitized the ice well at the time of the inspection.

- The combination hand wash sink/ two compartment sink unit was not draining. Water ran in one basin would backup into the other basins.Repair the sinks so that they drain properly.

- The food truck had a small hot water heater and had run out of hot water.Hot water must be available at all times. Make necessary changes to ensure the truck does not run out of hot water.
