      • Unacceptable hand sanitizers were used: some expired on June 15, 2022, and some did not have NPN or DIN. The hand sanitizer was discarded during the inspection. Ensure that hand sanitizers used have NPN/DIN, alcohol content between 60 and 90%, and are not expired.

      • Single-use tools (e.g. nail files) were being reused. Ensure that single-use tools are discarded after each client.
