    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The quats sanitizer dispensing system was dispensing sanitizer at approximately 0 ppm. It appeared that the sanitizer chemical container (Keystone Multi-Quat Liquid Sanitizer) was empty. Please ensure that the empty container is replaced before the facility reopens.No sanitizer test strips were located at the time of the inspection. Please provide a photograph of the test strips.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • A bottle of laundry detergent was placed on the floor in the dry storage area beside food items. The operator promptly removed the detergent.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Food debris was observed on the slicer stored on the shelf. Please ensure that the equipment is dismantled and then properly cleaned and sanitized.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dusts were observed around all four vents in the kitchen. Please ensure these areas are routinely cleaned.
