- Observation(s): Sanitizer used in manual dishwashing was observed in a bucket and recorded at 25ppm with EHO test strips. This is lower than the legislative requirement of 50-100ppm chlorine. Employee on site was asked to prepare a new solution for dishwashing, ensuring the solution in the bucket is kept between 50-100ppm at all times.

- Observation(s): An accumulation of grease was observed on the fume hood and on the wall next to the grill. Please increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, paying increased attention to the top of the fume hood, the sides of the grill, and the wall next to the grill.
