- Observation(s): QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle located at the front of the store measured at 150ppm which is below the legislative requirements of 200-400ppm. Operator and employee on site stated that the facility primarily uses the sanitizer in the spray bottle in the evenings, which is why the concentration could be lower than the legislative requirement. In the day time, the facility uses QUAT sanitizer in a bucket. The wiping cloths were fully submerged in the sanitizer solution. Sanitizer solution was recorded to be 100ppm with EHO test strips.
