      • Toddler room: 1. The bottom shelf of the water table is porous and not easily cleanable. Please repair/ replace to ensure it is non-porous.

      • 1) Toddler bathroom - ceiling tiles in SE corner and around the vent appeared to be soaked with moisture and were bulging.-Operator had building maintenance look immediately during inspection-Ensure any leakage is abated and then replace ceiling tiles2) Toddler classroom - at least 3 yellow floor tiles around different edges of the yellow area were lifting, creating a tripping hazard.-Repair or place floor tiles

    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • 1. Toddler Room Toys were found stored in the washroom. Please remove all toys from this area and ensure they are stored in a clean, sanitary, and appropriate location.2. Staff personal belongings were observed either on top of a crib or stored in a cluttered manner coming out of the locker. Please ensure all personal items are stored neatly and in a sanitary manner, away from children’s equipment and sleep spaces.

      • Preschool:Cleaning rags were placed on top of the soap dispenser. Please ensure the following:- cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. - place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags if reused. The staff discarded the used rags.

      • 1) Infant room - both bottles of disinfectant were strong enough to bleach out test strips.-Repeat infraction from last year-Ensure staff are retrained to make solutions-Operator diluted chemicals during inspection2) Bingo daubers labeled 'keep out of reach of children' were observed in one of art supplies boxes.-Ensure that arts and crafts supplies are safe for children's use-Operator discarded these during inspection

      • 1) Bleach spray bottles not labeled.-Ensure all chemical bottles are labeled with their contents2) Bleach spray bottles had solutions that were too strong (bleached out test strips).-Ensure staff are trained to make bleach solutions-If solutions are made >200 ppm, surfaces that children eat from or toys that they may mouth must be rinsed with clean water after

      • First aid kit is missing foil blanket.-Ensure all required items for first aid kit are available, and that a list of the kit contents is available
