- One of the food handlers was not washing hands between tasks. They were also noted to be replacing gloves without performing hand washing. Importance of hand washing and proper glove guidelines were discussed with the operator during the inspection. Hands must be washed between tasks, after handling cash, before putting gloves on and after taking them off and between glove change, between moving to different stations, etc. Please wash hands.
