      • The quat solution was noted to be at 50 ppm. The operator was advised to ensure that the quaternary ammonium solution is maintained at 200 ppm at all times.

      • There was an accumulation of dust on the fan covers in the walk in coolers.Operator had mentioned that it was on the schedule to be cleaned.
