- Facility specific written procedures for client care in case of accidental cut, and decontamination of dual-purpose sink, were completed during inspection onsite.

- The kitchen sink and hair wash station were reported being used for equipment reprocessing. A written procedure was completed to de-contaminate the sink prior to reprocessing the re-usable equipment.
