- Personal items (phone, water bottles) were stored in the food prep area. Please ensure all personal items are stored away from food areas.

- Unlabeled spray bottle was observed in the food prep area. Please ensure to label all spray bottles based on their contents.

- Multiple boxes of tortillas were stored at room temperature. Please refrigerate tortilla's as indicated by the manufacturer's packaging (refrigerate or keep frozen) or send laboratory shelf-stability test results for the tortillas that allow for them to be stored at room temperature.

- Boxes of oil were observed to be stored at the front of the handwashing station. Please ensure handwashing sink is accessible to all food handlers at all time.
