      • Personal items (phone, water bottles) were stored in the food prep area. Please ensure all personal items are stored away from food areas.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Unlabeled spray bottle was observed in the food prep area. Please ensure to label all spray bottles based on their contents.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Multiple boxes of tortillas were stored at room temperature. Please refrigerate tortilla's as indicated by the manufacturer's packaging (refrigerate or keep frozen) or send laboratory shelf-stability test results for the tortillas that allow for them to be stored at room temperature.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Boxes of oil were observed to be stored at the front of the handwashing station. Please ensure handwashing sink is accessible to all food handlers at all time.

      • No weatherstripping at the back entrance. Please install weatherstripping at the back entrance to prevent entry of pests into the facility.

      • Rice scoop was stored in a bowl of water at room temperature. Please always store in ice water, food grade sanitizer or sanitize the scoop after use.
