- A large container of frozen chicken was observed thawing at room temperature. The manager was instructed to move the chicken to the walk-in cooler immediately. Proper thawing procedures were reviewed, including thawing under refrigeration at 4 °C or lower or under fully submerged cold running water.

- There was no hand soap at the hand sink located at the bar. Hand sinks must be fully stocked at all times with liquid soap in a suitable dispenser to ensure proper hand hygiene.
