      • The cleaning step was occurring after the disinfection step. Cleaning must be done prior to disinfection to allow for adequate disinfection to occur.
    • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
      • The washroom sink on the main floor was being used for equipment reprocessing. A reprocessing sink must not be in a room with a toilet. The operator has access to the reprocessing sink in the northwest esthetic room and will do all future reprocessing at that sink.
