      • Prep line cooler - observed a small insert of individually packed raw meat store on top of insert with individually wrapped rice cake (Tteokbokki).Walk in cooler - observed large clear container of raw meat stored on top of insert with white sauce/batter. A clear insert with marinated raw meat stored on top of container of tofu.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Observed vegetable peelers (3) and a tong with some food debris on it store back in the work space and clean as indicated by operator.

      • Walk in cooler - observed frozen pork piece (belly) stored above large container of slice onions and next to dressing. A middle rack filled with raw meats above tubs of sauces. Please ensure all raw meats are stored below and away from any ready to eat food items.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Observed a broken strainer stored alongside other clean utensils in kitchen. Discarded at time of inspection.
