- Several foodhandlers were wearing bracelets. If they can't be removed, will need to either cover with a glove or ensure they can be secured further up the arm so as not to potentially come in contact with food/food prep surface.

- There were personal items on counter that is also used to decorate cakes. Personal items are to be kept separate from food/food prep surfaces.There was personal food on a shelf in the walk-in-cooler stored with restaurant foods. Please store on a separate shelf (corrected) and label as personal food.

- Utensil sitting in sanitizer in sink was not completely immersed in the sanitizer. Ensure utensils are completely immersed for proper sanitizing. Corrected during inspection.

- Wooden highchairs were broken (wooden pieces coming apart and/or broken straps). To be repaired or replaced. They also need cleaning.

- One of the plastic food containers was cracked. To be discarded.The cutting board used to cut bananas is only being sanitized once a day. To be cleaned and sanitized at least every four hours if used during that time period.

- Overall, the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. There was some food debris noted in the walk-in cooler (on and under yellow wood palette) and under the shelves in the walk-in-freezer). These areas are to be cleaned. Palette should be replaced with a shelf that can be easily cleaned under.- Please clean these areas.

- Floor along walls and base of the walls in the washrooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly as there is some build-up of dirt in these areas. Sink in women's washroom had a bit of grime build-up. There was also several pieces of gum in the urinal. To be cleaned.Floor along walls and base of walls in the dining area have some build-up of dirt. To be cleaned more thoroughly.
