      • Update: Mouse dropping found under dry storage shelving located near the office. Approximate 15-20 droppings found. Remove dropping using discussed Hanta virus pre-cautions. Pull shelves to clean. Abell to be onsite to upgrade pest control. Some of the open mouse traps have been snapped and need to be reset.Report with updates.Pest control stations were checked, and nothing was found in the catch all’s.Snap traps were checked and nothing was found but it does appear that the traps were not set.Pest control records were also checked, and Abel pest control records indicate that there isn’t a pest control issue.But mouse feces were seen in the kitchen area.Please remove all unnecessary boxes and clutter so that cleaning can be done in hard-to-reach areas.Cleaning is required in all hard-to-reach areas and under all pieces of equipment.

      • Quats is used to sanitize food prep surfaces & equipment. The quats in one of the wiping cloth buckets wasn't measurable. This was corrected during the inspection and the new solution measured at 200ppm quats.

      • Minor cleaning of the wire shelves in the walk-in cooler is needed due to a spill of icing/whipped cream.
