      • Bacon was held at room temperature. Operator said protocol is to hold at room temperature for 4 hours, but there was no method of tracking. Ensure time stamps are used and unused product is discarded after 4 hours.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser by hand sink in beverage area was empty. This was refilled during the inspection. Ensure all hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Magnetic knife holder on wall was dirty. Please clean/replace and ensure it is regularly cleaned.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink in beverage area was blocked by step ladder, garbage can, and ice cream machine. Ensure this hand sink is accessible at all times.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Hot water at hand sink in drink prep area had been turned off at the valve since it was leaking. Repair so that hot water is available and sink does not leak. * Still outstanding February 23, 2024* Cited again June 25, 2024

      • Open containers of icing were being stored on wire shelf where clean dishes were stored. The containers of icing were moved during the inspection. Do not store open food in this area to prevent contamination of clean dishes.

      • Bacon was being held at room temperature. Operator stated DQ policy is to discard after 4 hours, however there was no time stamp on container. This was corrected during the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Soft serve ice cream machine was blocking hand sink beside it. The ice cream machine was readjusted during the inspection to allow access to the hand sink. Ensure hand sinks are accessible at all times.

      • 1. Hot water at hand sink in drink prep area had been turned off at the valve since it was leaking. Repair so that hot water is available and sink does not leak. * Still outstanding February 23, 20242. Hot water at hand sink near cook line was leaking. Please repair.
