- There was a gap visible underneath back door. Please repair/replace weatherstripping so that door is fully sealed when closed.

- A cardboard box was being used as storage for staff personal items. Cardboard was visbily soiled. Replace box with table or shelf that is non-porous and easy to clean.

- Surfaces of shelving in back were worn and no longer easily cleanable. Operator had placed paper on top but this is not easy to clean. Repair to ensure surface is water resistant and easily cleanable.

- Dishes/containers were being stored in back handwashing sink. These were removed during the inspection. Ensure hand sinks are kept clear at all times.
