      • 1) Gap observed between the floor and the back door. Ensure appropriate stripping is added to prevent potential pest entry.2) Dead (recently) mouse found behind a cooler.3) Ensure all the recommendations made by your pest control professional are corrected. Professional's report date: 29-Jun-2024 and 25-Jul-2024.The operator voluntarily closed the facility and initiated cleaning. Observed a building staff fixing the back door.

      • Accumulation of dried food and debris observed at hard-to-reach surfaces. Cleaning of these areas are required.

      • Food Safety records are not updated. Please have written food safety records and maintained up to date. Food safety records help to monitor, take corrective steps to ensure that food process is done in a manner that makes the food safe to eat, and a commercial food establishment must have written procedures designed to ensure its safe and sanitary operation and maintenance.

      • The prep cooler was above 4C. The dial thermometer was reading 14C. The internal temperature of potential high-risk food were >4C. Food items subjected to temperature-time abuse were discarded during inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Single use towel (paper towel) dispenser is empty at the handwashing sinks. One in the main kitchen area was filled during inspection. ensure the other sink is properly supplied to ensure hand hygiene.
