      • Unfinished wood surfaces noted throughout both bars (unfinished wood surrounding ice wall and the wall behind the ice well in the smaller bar, and the beams in the main bar). Ensure enough coats are added so that the finish is completely smooth, easy to clean, impervious to moisture.
