- Floor in back area by ice machine and sinks is worn/exposed wood. To facilitate cleaning and ensure pests are not attracted to this area, ensure floor is smooth and easily cleanable.

- 1. Bar matting at front bar has some build up of scale/debris under matting. Ensure counter under matting is cleaned at a higher frequency.2. Some black/pink mould noted on flap on ice machine. Ensure mould removed / flap sanitized frequently (machine professionally cleaned at regular intervals).
