- 1. Hole in wall that could harbour pests was noted in basement by one of the rolling shelving units (roller has damaged wall). Maintenance staff repairing hole while on-site.2. Small piece of plastic was separating from ice machine by door. Repair plastic piece (ice machine emptied and repair in progress while on-site).

- 1) The back part of the walk-in cooler was slightly warm, was measuring around 6C. - Continue to monitor, if the temperature does not decrease the cooler may need to be repaired. 2) The stand-up salad fridge was warm, was measuring around 10C. Products in the fridge were removed. - Repair this refrigerator, ensure it can hold temperatures below 4C before it is used to hold products.
