      • Some waste pipes noted above concentrated pop syrup. Ensure any food products are protected from contamination from sewage pipes (drop ceiling or other barrier between pop area should be installed).

      • 1. Hole in wall that could harbour pests was noted in basement by one of the rolling shelving units (roller has damaged wall). Maintenance staff repairing hole while on-site.2. Small piece of plastic was separating from ice machine by door. Repair plastic piece (ice machine emptied and repair in progress while on-site).

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 1) The back part of the walk-in cooler was slightly warm, was measuring around 6C. - Continue to monitor, if the temperature does not decrease the cooler may need to be repaired. 2) The stand-up salad fridge was warm, was measuring around 10C. Products in the fridge were removed. - Repair this refrigerator, ensure it can hold temperatures below 4C before it is used to hold products.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is a large gap in the floor of the basement walk-in freezer. - Ensure the gap is repaired.
