      • 1) A significant amount of hair shavings was observed in the containers used to hold hair cutting equipment in one of the carts.-Ensure tools are stored in a sanitary manner and that they are properly cleaned between clients2) Another cart for hair dressing had an faux fur mat that all the tools were placed on.-Ensure that all surfaces in the facility area constructed of cleanable materials-Operator discarded the mat (corrected during inspection)
