      • A tile was broken and missing a piece along the floor in front of the three-compartment dishwashing sink. Please repair/replace the tile such that the floor is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The chlorine-based surface sanitizer was tested to be 200ppm at the time of the inspection. The solution was diluted to 100ppm by the operator at the time of the inspection. Please ensure the chlorine sanitizer is mixed to 100ppm and tested daily to ensure the concentration.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • The chlorine-surface sanitizer bottle was unlabeled. The bottle was labeled by the operator at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that all chemicals including surface sanitizers are labelled correctly to indicate the contents.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1) A tile was broken and missing a piece along the floor in front of the three-compartment dishwashing sink. Please repair/replace the tile such that the floor is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture. 2) A wooden shelf near the cooking area had the paint worn off of it. Please re-finish the surfaces.
