      • A build-up of grease and debris was observed in the following areas:- The floors under shelving and the cook line - The wall beside the three-compartment sink - The floor of the walk-in cooler. Please clean the indicated areas.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The facilities chlorine-based sanitizer was mixed too strong - bleached the test strips when tested. The solution was dilluted to 100ppm at the time of the inspection. Please ensure the solutions and tested when mixed to ensure they are mixed properly to 100ppm.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • A bowl was being used as a bulk scoop for the bulk rice. Please ensure all bulk scoops are equipped with handles and are properly stored to limit cross-contamination of the bulk food items.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel was not available at the back kitchen hand sink. The paper towel was re-stocked at the time of the inspection. Please ensure all hand sinks are always stocked with paper towel, liquid hand soap, and running hot/cold water to allow for proper and frequent hand washing by food handlers.
