- Outdoor tents were being used to prepare vegetables and deep fry vegetable pakora. No sinks were available in the immediate vicinity of the tents for handwashing or equipment reprocessing. Operator directed to install a temporary plumbed hand wash sink and two compartments sink between the cooking tents.
