      • 1. The flow metre for the recirculation pump read 45 GPM. The calculated minimum flow rate for the whirlpool is 67 GPM. **April 24, 2026: flow metre read 50 GPM and calculated turnover rate was 20 minutes. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. The operational flow rate for the recirculation pump needs to be increased to at least 67 GPM to achieve a recirculation rate of 15 minutes. Ensure all pool equipment is in good working condition. A drop in flow rate may indicate the filters need to be backwashed/maintenance required, skimmers need cleaning, and/or pump issues.

      • 1. The jet pump flow metre was not operational.2. The Operators stated the main drain valve is opened at 50%. 3. The flow metre for the recirculation pump read 45 GPM. The calculated minimum flow rate for the whirlpool is 67 GPM. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Replace the jet pump flow metre.2. Please adjust the main drain valve so that it is opened no more than 30% to increase flow of water through the skimmers, as the top portion of the pool water contains greater amounts of contaminants than the bottom.3. The operational flow rate for the recirculation pump needs to be increased to at least 67 GPM to achieve a recirculation rate of 15 minutes. Ensure all pool equipment is in good working condition.
