- Blade holder is cleaned with soaking in barbicide. Blade holder must be properly cleaned before disinfection.Trimmers had hair debris accumulated. There was no client at time of inspection. Please ensure trimmers are cleaned and disinfected between client use.

- Combs were not completely submerged in Barbicide for adequate disinfection. Please ensure the container is adequately filled with Barbicide to fully submerge the combs during disinfection.
- 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
- There was hair debris in the drawers and on the work surfaces of the hair stations. Please ensure stations are cleaned more frequently.
