- Alfredo, meat and mac and cheese sauces were not reheated to 74 degrees C before putting in the food warmers to keep them at 60 degrees C or higher. Restaurant just opened the doors. Alfredo sauce @ 38 degrees C, meat sauce 38 degrees C and mac and cheese sauce @ 43 degrees C.Reheat the three sauces to 74 degrees C before serving or hot holding.

- Expiry date on the quat sanitizer test strips was October 15, 2024.Provide new quat sanitizer test strips and test daily.
