- The handwashing station at the kitchen was blocked with kegs of canola oil. Operator removed items.- Ensure handwashing station is always accessible

- The floor of the walk-in cooler was dirty below shelves and in hard to reach areas. The cooler was also disorganized. -Ensure all areas are organized, cleaned and well maintained.

- Numerous fruit flies were present in the baked goods display case.Some baked goods were not wrapped and flies were sitting on products.Products discarded.Clean entire unit and bring in a pest control company to investigate and eliminate problem.
