- 01. Is the special event vendor in compliance with verbal and/or written approvals and/or orders issued by an Executive Officer, and is the Executive Officer able to exercise their duties without obstruction or interference?
- A camping cooler containing high risk food that was to be discarded was removed by the Operator and/or affiliates of the Operator.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Internal temperature of high risk food in the cambro, in the hot holding unit, and in camping coolers measured 35 and 44.5 degrees Celsius. High risk food must be stored either hot (60 degrees Celsius or greater), or cold (4 degrees Celsius or lower).
- 14. Does the special event vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- There was no water available in the temporary food establishment. A foot pump operated temporary hand wash sink was non-functional and was not pumping water.
- 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
- There was no power available in the temporary food establishment.
- 23. Has appropriate notification been given for the special event?
- Operator did not submit notification that they would be operating outside of their permitted facility.The Operator must notify AHS at least 30 days prior to operating at a special event, with any changes submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.
