- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink near the entrance of the kitchen lacked liquid soap and paper towels supplies, wall-mounted liquid soap and paper towel dispensers, and had a sign indicating "dump sink".
- Corrective Action(s): Manager re-installed the wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser at this handsink, and re-stocked this handsink with liquid soap and paper towels during the inspection. Ensure all hansinks are kept accessible for handwashing, and properly supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels for handwashing purposes in accordance with the health approved plans.
