- The spray bottle by the espresso machine measured 50ppm of chlorine. Bleach solution must be maintained at a concentration between 100-200ppm to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure the bleach solution is regularly made and tested with chlorine test strips. The operator remade the bleach solution and measured 100ppm at the time of the inspection.
