      • Uncovered trays containing frozen Timbits were found stacked on top of one another in the back preparation area. Ensure that uncovered food trays are not stacked to prevent contamination. **The trays were unstacked and placed in a sheet pan rack during the inspection before being placed in an oven.

      • Cleaning required in the hard-to-reach areas between equipment at the front serves area and the back prep areas.**Please clean

      • Disposable lids for the coffee cups were visibly soiled and stored right beside both the hand wash sink and the dump sink in the main area. Dishes, utensils or food equipment should not be stored in proximity to the hand sink as it can get contaminated by the splash and droplets when washing hands or when dumping liquids. Refrain from storing any dishes, utensils, or food equipment next to the hand sink or install splash guards to protect it from contamination. The operator disposed the soiled lids and moved the remaining lids away from the hand sink and the dump sink at the time of the inspection.

      • Buildup of food debris on the lower shelf and floor of the walk-in freezer. The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Ensure hard to reach areas are frequently cleaned to remove food buildup and debris. The operator cleaned the lower shelf and the floor of the walk-in freezer.
